If you need help with Medicare or just want to learn more about it, join Good Shepherd Health Care System for a free Medicare 101 information session on Tuesday, Oct. 7.
The fun, educational event will be in person only from 2 to 4 p.m. at Good Shepherd Home Health Services, 645 W. Orchard Ave., Suite 200 in Hermiston. Attendees will learn the basics of Medicare, their rights and responsibilities, and information on Social Security and Disabilities.

This Medicare info session sounds like a lifesaver – literally! Who knew understanding government health stuff could be a fun event? Kudos to Good Shepherd for keeping us Nor-Oregonians clued up. Just hope the Social Security part doesnt involve too many complex calculations, my brain already feels like its processing too much info today!
