Mervin L. “Merv” Grubaugh of Heppner died on Sept. 30, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident near Echo at the age of 63.
He was born on June 13, 1953 in Grand Junction, Colo.
A celebration of life service will be held in Heppner.
Burial will be in Cascade Locks.
