Columbia Basin Electric Cooperative is seeking applications from high school juniors in Morrow County for the 2020 Electric Cooperative Washington, D.C. Youth Tour, happening next June.
The week-long trip includes tours of historic monuments and museums, and a meeting with the U.S. representative and senators. Students selected to attend will earn a $250 scholarship. All expenses except spending money are paid.
