Organizers are plowing ahead with the Morrow County Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 5, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the SAGE Center, 101 Olson Road.
The festival sprouted in 2014 with around 600 participants and has steadily grown each year. The event features a large variety of vendors with high-quality, regionally produced agricultural goods and handmade artisan crafts.
The family-friendly event includes pumpkin painting, craft activities, face painting, mule-drawn wagon rides and live music. Also, a variety of food trucks will be onsite.
In their eighth year of collaboration, Threemile Canyon Farms is teaming up with the Harvest Bounty for Youth in Agriculture. For a small donation, those in attendance can take home a bag of locally-grown produce.
