Music in the Parks returns to Boardman and Irrigon beginning June 15.
The 10-event concert series is free to the public and will take place every Monday evening at 7 p.m. The concerts rotate between the Boardman and Irrigon Marina Parks, and offer a variety of musical experiences in beautiful riverside settings.
The first performance on June 15 will showcase Bram Brata Steel Band, which features a variety of upbeat classical and ethnic melodies performed by talented, dedicated high school students on various sizes of recycled steel drums. This first concert of the season kicks off in Boardman Marina Park.
The June 22 performance at Irrigon Marina Park features Brady Goss, pianist and soloist originally from Eastern Oregon.
