The Heppner Mustangs improved to 2-0 Friday night with a convincing 48-16 road win over Grant Union.
The Mustangs built a 48-0 halftime lead and cruised the rest of the way. Heppner’s C.J. Kindle had a huge game for the Mustangs with three touchdowns, including returning an interception for a touchdown. Tommy Bredfield rushed for 105 yards and a score for Heppner.
Heppner will host Enterprise on Friday at 7 p.m.
