Despite a forecast of rain in the coming days, the National Weather Service out of Pendleton said there is no flooding expected.
According to the weather service, a two-part weather system will be moving across the area today through Friday, with scattered precipitation tonight through Thursday, then lingering showers Friday.
There is also a slight chance of thunderstorms today and Thursday. Snow levels will be at 5,000-6,000 feet Wednesday and 4,000-5,000 feet on Thursday. The forecast is for mainly dry and warmer through the weekend.
Streams and rivers will see the higher flows through the weekend and at least the first part of next week.
