A winter weather advisory is in effect for the Lower Columbia Basin with several inches of snow forecast between Sunday afternoon and 3 p.m. Monday.
The National Weather Service out of Pendleton said a mix of rain, snow and ice is expected with total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches possible.
Rain is expected to change to a mix of snow this afternoon before becoming mainly a wintry mix overnight and at times on Monday.
Road conditions are expected to be slick.
