Nell E. Bishop, former Hermiston resident, died on Nov. 15, 2016 at her home in Kennewick, Wash., at the age of 69.
He was born on Aug. 28, 1947 in Fredericksburg, Texas.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 21, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Burns Mortuary Chapel in Hermiston.
A private burial will be at Wallula Cemetery, Wallula, Wash.
