The Boardman community will celebrate the grand opening of the new Columbia River Pharmacy this Saturday, April 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pharmacy is located at 220 S. Main St.
In addition to food, prizes and fun, Boardman Fire Corps will be on hand with tips on home fire safety. Local homeowners can sign up for an appointment to have free smoke detectors installed by the Rural Fire Protection District and the fire corps. Appointments are for May 19, June 16 or July 21.
