The Boardman Community Development Association is hosting a community enhancement meeting seeking ideas to improve Boardman.
The meeting is set for Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m. at the Port of Morrow Riverfront Center, 2 Marine Drive, Boardman.
The association is seeking input from all community members about ideas to fulfill community needs and improve the overall livability of Boardman.
The last meeting of this type was held in 2011 and since then, a splash pad has been installed, a playground on the south side of town has been added, and a home-buying incentive program has boosted sales in Boardman.
This gathering is looking to continue improving the community with another round of citizen input.
