The Oregon Department of Transportation will reactivate the signals at S.W. Dorion Avenue and S.W. 10th Street in Pendleton in the coming days.

ODOT crews will be onsite the morning of Sept. 3 to make the switch. The “traffic pattern change ahead” signs will stay, and the stop signs for S.W. 10th Street will be removed.

The traffic configuration at S.W. Court Avenue and S.W. First Street will stay the same.

What’s next?

ODOT said it is still analyzing data gathered during the monitoring period that began in March. Motorists should expect changes to both intersections in the future.

ODOT will host a public meeting this fall to present our findings and discuss next steps for both intersections.
