The Oregon East Symphony Youth Orchestra will present their free Winter Concert on Thursday, Jan. 25 in the Vert Clubroom, 345 S.W. Fourth St. in Pendleton.
Under the direction of OES Assistant Conductor Zach Banks, the orchestra will perform Antonin Dvorak’s Carnival Overture, Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, Florence Price’s Adoration and Benjamin Britten’s Simple Symphony. Also performing will be the beginner level Preludes Orchestra under the direction of OES Assistant Concertmaster Viet Block.
