Oregon Human Development Corporation (OHDC) in Hermiston is hosting a Halloween Family Resource event on Sunday, Oct. 30.
The event is open to all ages from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and everything is free. There will be food, music, face painting, raffles, personal protective equipment, flu shots, and COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters for ages 6 months and older.
