The Hermiston Agricultural Research and Extension Center’s Wheat Field Day is scheduled for June 9.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. with sessions starting at 9:30 a.m. Among the speakers will be Oregon State University’s Matt Kolding who will provide an update on wheat diseases. OSU’s Pat Hayes will talk about barley, Mike Flowers of OSU will talk about the use of Palisade on wheat and OSU’s Bob Zemtra will give a presentation on new wheat varieties.
