The city of Hermiston will celebrate the official opening of the Oxbow Trail and Trail Tracker Program on Saturday, May 3.
The event will begin at 9 a.m. at 1100 S.W. Elm Ave., just west of Good Shepherd Medical Center. The trail meanders 1.5 miles through the historic Oxbow Property managed by the Bureau of Reclamation.
