The city of Hermiston is holding a canned food drive this month.
The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department at City Hall will have a drop box available for canned goods from Nov. 10-21. Food can be dropped off between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The parks department will also present a performance of “The Little Town of Christmas” and admission is only $1 with a donated can of food. The performance takes place Dec. 10-11 at Armand Larive Middle School. The show begins at 6:30 p.m.
