The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is hosting an Easter Carnival at Funland Playground this Friday, April 7 from 5 to 7 p.m.
The carnival takes place before the Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt at 8 p.m. There will be bounce houses, carnival games and lots of family fun. This is a pay-to-play event and tickets are $1 each.
The free egg hunt is for kids 10 and under. Participants use a flashlight to find eggs in the dark (younger ages will have a lighted area to gather eggs). Parents, stay with your children but let them gather the eggs. Remember to bring a basket and flashlight. For more information, call 541-667-5018.
