The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is offering an exploratory art camp for children ages 5-13.
The camp runs from July 7-17 at the Hermiston Conference Center. The deadline to register is Thursday, July 3. Students will learn about famous art and artists from around the world and create art projects. The projects will involve mixed media, painting, drawing and more.
The cost is $45 for residents and $57 for non-residents. The fee includes all the supplies needed for the camp. For more information and to register, call the parks department at 541-667-5018.
