Penny F. Ibarra of Hermiston died on Feb. 13, 2023 in Hermiston at the age of 62.
She was born on Sept. 27, 1960 in Layton, Utah.
Penny enjoyed crafts, jigsaw puzzles, carnations and music. She loved spending time with her family and friends, or as she would say, “her people.” Penny had a great sense of humor and loved to play jokes on others.
A private family celebration will be held.
