Phillip G. “Phil” Dixon died on Dec. 15, 2022 at his home in Irrigon at the age of 68.
He was born on March 9, 1954 in Walla Walla, Wash. to Tomas Dixon Sr. and Erma Jennings Dixon.
Phil attended school in Boardman before moving to Irrigon in 1968, where he had lived since. He enjoyed watching movies and 1970s television shows.
He is survived by his mother, Erma Dixon, Irrigon; brother, Thomas Dixon Jr., Hermiston; sisters, Mary Dixon, Klamath Falls and Shirley Bolzinger, Boring; as well as nieces and nephews and cousins.
Phillip was preceded in death by his father and a niece, Katie Dixon.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Irrigon.
