The Cutest Baby Contest – a crowd favorite at the Umatilla County Fair – made its return Saturday as dozens of babies put their cutest faces forward for the judges. A few sets of twins entered, as did the baby boy of previous winner of the Cutest Baby Contest. Briggston Soles, born on June 28, took part in the event with his proud parents, Derrick and Paige. Derrick just so happens to be the winner of the 1999 contest. The event is put on by KOHU/The Q.
