RP would like a phone call from officer, wants to know if it is legal to drive golf cart along the road instead of a wheel chair. Brother lives about mile away from grocery store and they thought about a golf cart for him.

What Do You Mean You Don’t Want Cable?
Occurred on SE 9th Ct, Hermiston. Reporting a female stating she is with “Charter” came to the residence and became argumentative when he declined to get their services. The female has now left on foot toward Tamarack Ave. would like an officer to check on the female.

Problem with the Brakes?
OSP received a report of a truck that ran 6 stop signs. Vehicle is currently at Cashco.
Seriously Needs a Smoke
RP advised that a female in a white van made threats against her. RP advised that the female pulled up behind her and asked for a cigarette. The RP stated that she didn’t have any and the female in the van stated that she better watch out, might have a flat tire. RP advised that the female left the area but RP stated that she comes into the store frequently.
Saturday, Oct. 29
Barefooted and in Need of a Burrito
Female that is wearing all black and bare foot that ran across the roadway. Last seen headed North on the Taco Bell side of the Roadway. Female initially tried getting RP to give her a ride to “Best Burrito.”
Sunday, Oct. 30
Exhausted Shoppers
RP reports a van is parked in the back with someone sleeping inside. The van is hooked up to the power, parked on the grocery side. There is also someone sleeping in a blue car and in a white car, near the garden center. RP is requesting they be moved on.
More Shopping Cart Shenanigans
Pastor Baker advised that there are once again, two shopping carts on the roof of the building next to his church. RP advised that this seems to be happening after dark on Saturday night
But She Definitely Recognizes the Vehicle
RP reports she has seen a blue station wagon (unknown make, model, plate) parked by the Field of Dreams. States she drove by the vehicle earlier today and it was parked facing one direction then when she drove by later the vehicle was faced the other. States she believes this is the same person she believed was stalking her 8 years ago as the vehicle is the same. States she does not know who it was 8 years ago and does not know who it is now, and was unable to provide a description. Advised she has not observed the vehicle following her, just parked by Field of Dreams.

RP states that someone is drunk, they need help.
Tuesday, Nov. 1
Listen for Guns on Election Night
RP advised a Randy has video on cell phone of a juvenile shooting off a gun from the roof of a vehicle back in August. Randy was causing a problem the other night. RP said that Randy told him that he was going to shoot off his guns if election doesn’t go as he wants. He supposedly has unregistered automatic weapons.

RP wants to speak to someone who takes care of the Hermiston PD Facebook page.
