Due to poor weather conditions earlier this month, the Oregon Department of Transportation says the work on Highway 11 will continue to impact motorists this week.
Travelers are advised to plan for an extra half-hour total for possible work zone delays between Athena and Pendleton, as contactors finish up installing reflective delineator posts, corrective grinding to take care of bumps, and some shoulder work at guardrail ends.
