Powder Valley used a strong second half to turn back Echo Friday night, 20-12.
The two teams were tied at 6 at halftime, but Echo couldn’t stop Powder Valley from scoring twice in the third quarter.
Echo’s Damien Curiel rushed for 125 yards on 9 carries and a score. Devan Craig also scored for Echo, who totaled 307 yards of offense compared to 186 for Powder Valley.
Echo (2-3 and 0-2) will host Joseph on Friday at 7 p.m.
