Sibley Williams will also meet with students from BMCC English and writing classes. His visit to the college is part of the BMCC Arts & Culture Series.

Skin Memory is a stark, visceral collection of free verse and prose poetry that scours a wild landscape haunted by personal tragedy and the cruel consequences of human acts in search of tenderness and regeneration.

Sibley Williams won the Backwaters Prize in Poetry, an international poetry book competition, for his collection in Skin Memory. He serves as the editor of the Inflectionist Review, and works as a literary agent. He is the author of four poetry collections.

During the event, which includes refreshments, Williams’ books will be available for purchase. His works are also available for purchase online through PayPal or Venmo. For more information about Sibley Williams, visit his website.
