The Agape House and Martha’s House will each hold open houses from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 28.
Agape House Director David Hughes made the announcement at Monday night’s Hermiston City Council meeting.
“It’s an opportunity for us to share with the community what we do,” Hughes said. The Agape House provides food, clothing and temporary shelter for people in need. Martha’s House is a shelter for homeless families. Martha’s House is located at 305 S.E. Fourth St. Agape House is at 500 Harper Road.
