Ramona Wagner of Hermiston died on Feb. 21, 2024 in Kennewick, Wash. at the age of 92.
She was born on Aug. 28, 1931 in McCook, Neb.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 515 S.W. Seventh St., Hermiston.
