Randall K. “Randy” Vosberg of Stanfield died on Aug. 15, 2023 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 67.
He was born on Dec. 28, 1955 in Hood River to Keith and Dovie Herman Vosberg.
Randy was united in marriage to Tammy Bartha on Feb. 9, 1981 in Winnemucca, Nev. They lived in Ione and Randy worked for the Ione School District in maintenance for 20 years. They then moved to Stanfield in 2003, where they have lived since. Randy worked as a bus driver for Head Start until his health forced him to retire in 2018.
He enjoyed riding bicycles, motorcycles, camping, woodworking, playing cards, playing basketball, and most of all spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Tammy Vosberg, Stanfield; son, Andrew Vosberg and his wife Andrea, West Richland, Wash.; daughter, Kayleen “Katie” Vosberg, Stanfield; brother, Steve Vosberg, Yakima, Wash.; sisters, Jan Solorio, Hermiston, Cathy Marvin, Kennewick, Wash. and Susie Belshaw, Hermiston; grandsons, Remington and Major; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Michael and John Vosberg.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023 at 3 p.m. at the Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 2260 N.E. Fourth St., Hermiston.
