Rebbecca E. Owen of Hermiston died on April 11, 2021 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 44.
She was born on Jan. 29, 1977 in Hermiston.
A celebration of life service and potluck will be held at the Lexington Bible Church on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at noon.
Following the church service and potluck, we will have a convoy up to the location she wanted her ashes spread.
