The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department is once again offering its popular Summer Day Camp for children ages 6-11.
The camp, which runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, provides day-long activities including sports, education and arts and crafts. Lunch and supplies are provided.
The camp, held at Sunset Elementary School, is offered from June 16 to Aug. 15 and the cost is $75 per week for Hermiston residents and $94 per week for non-residents. The sign-up deadline is one week prior to the camp week chosen. There is a 10-percent discount if kids are signed up for the entire summer at once.
