Oregon State Rep. Greg Smith (R-Heppner) will be the guest speaker at the Willow Creek Valley Economic Development Group’s annual luncheon.
The luncheon takes place from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 at St. Patrick’s Senior Center in Heppner.
Smith will provide a legislative update from the 2017 Legislative Session which is currently in session. The update will include information about the state budget and various policy issues the Legislature is discussing.
