The city of Umatilla has issued a reminder that residential burn permits are available on the Umatilla Rural Fire Protection District website.
Also, residents needing to dispose of yard debris can take an old utility bill to Sanitary Disposal and request a residential yard trimming permit. For more information, call the transfer station at 541-567-9350.
