A retirement party and dinner in honor of Hart will be held at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, May 3 at the Hermiston Conference Center.
Tickets cost $25 and may be purchased by calling Reta Larson at 541-567-8822 or by e-mailing rlarson@hermiston.or.us.
The dinner choice is roast prime rib of beef or char grilled quartered chicken. The dress will be casual.
Tickets should be purchased by April 2.
