Ribbon-Cutting Event Set for Umatilla Center

The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Umatilla Community Center at noon on Friday, Oct. 23.

Appetizers and beverages will be served. The center is located at 202 S.E. Sevenths St. in Umatilla.
