Lifeways, Inc. invites the community to a ribbon-cutting celebration on Wednesday, June 24 for Aspen Springs Psychiatric Hospital in Hermiston.
The event begins at 9 a.m. with guided tours, and the ribbon cutting is at 11 a.m. Light refreshments and tours of the facility will continue until 3 p.m.
