Richard D. “Rick” Cossitt died on Oct. 6, 2017 in Garden City, Idaho at the age of 62.
He was born on Oct. 17, 1954 in Hermiston.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
