Richard G. “Dick” Devin Sr., longtime Northeast Oregon resident and businessman, died on April 10, 2016 in Richland, Wash., at the age of 64.
He was born on Aug. 31, 1951 in Jacksonville, Fla.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
