Richard W. “Rick” Dameron of Hermiston died on April 23, 2022 in Boise, Idaho at the age of 75.
He was born on March 12, 1947 in Philadelphia, Pa.
Rick was raised and lived in California, where he met his wife, Mickey. There they raised their family of four and moved to Washington state, and then to Hermiston. He served in the United States Coast Guard for almost 42 years. Hobbies included fishing, computers, and mechanics.
He is survived by wife, Donna (Mickey) Dameron; children, Robert Dameron, Michelle Bailey, Christopher Dameron and Juls Carr; siblings, Jim Dameron, Barbara Norkoski, Davis Dameron, Robert C. Dameron Jr. and Eva Jean Hatfield; 14 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
A celebration gathering will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Hermiston Christian Center, 1825 W. Highland Ave.
