Frederick R. M. “Rick” Rankin died on Jan. 7, 2025 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 77.
He was born on Oct. 1, 1947 in Portland.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025 at 2 p.m. at St. John’s Episcopal Church.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
