Rita M. Matteson of Irrigon passed away in Irrigon on Sept. 27, 2024 at the age of 48.
She was born on April 28, 1976 in Burns to Clyde and Patricia Bennett Cowing.
A memorial service will be held for Rita at the Umatilla Presbyterian Church at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024.
A reception will follow the service in the church basement.
Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
