Charles “Rocky” Williams of Irrigon passed away in Hermiston on Dec. 19, 2024 at the age of 66.
He was born on Oct. 31, 1958 in Lancaster, Calif. and was raised by William and May Williams.
Rocky is survived by his wife, Kathleen Williams; three daughters, Kailey Carlson, Audrey Grant and Alex Nicks; two sons, Andrew Williams and Anthony Gonzalez; 11 grandchildren; three sisters, Wanda Goodwin Brown, Cheryl England and Sandra Reeser; and many extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Phillips.
Family will have services at a later date.
