Ronald Dale “Ron” Baker of Umatilla died on March 22, 2019 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 70.
He was born on Aug. 18, 1948 in Olathe, Kan. to Laurice and Frances Jolliff Baker.
A private family burial will be held at the Hermiston Cemetery.
