Ronald D. “Ron” Howell of Umatilla died Aug. 16, 2016, on his 75th birthday in Hermiston.
He was born on Aug. 16, 1941 in Emmett, Idaho to Ulysses and Jennie Olson Howell.
A celebration of life gathering for family and friends will be announced.
