Ronda Frazier Passes Away at 60

Ronda Sue Frazier of Hermiston passed away near Hermiston on May 10, 2019 at the age of 60.

She was born on June 3, 1958 in Walla Walla, Wash. to Ronald and Marilyn Godfrey Frazier.

Ronda grew up in College Place and Othello, Wash. She attended school at the Upper Columbia Academy in Spangle, Wash., where she graduated from high school in 1977. After high school, she attended Walla Walla College, where she received her associate degree and studied to be a medical secretary. She worked in various industries as a secretary for several years. She later worked for Ron’s Cabinet Shop in Hermiston and was a partner in Ron’s Music for many years. In addition to her other work, she also raised and sold chinchillas and marketed chinchilla products that she sold online for many years.

She was also a member of the Hermiston Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She is survived by her father, Ron Frazier; brother, Roy Frazier; five nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother and a sister, Connie Helman.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the Hermiston Junior Academy, 1300 N.W. Academy Lane.

Family suggests memorial donations be made in Ronda’s memory to the Hermiston Junior Academy Foundation.
