Ruth moved from Germany to the United States in 1959. She has lived in Boardman since 1975. She had worked at a food processor for 15 years before she retired.
Ruth loved to work in her yard, crocheting and knitting.
She is survived by a son, Rudi Seebald of Boardman; brother, Werner Schrenk of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Burns Mortuary Chapel in Hermiston. Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery in Boardman.
