For the next several months, the SAGE Center in Boardman is making a big change to SAGE Saturday, the free family activity event set for the second Saturday of each month. They’re offering free admission for everyone from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
From January through May, all visitors can come explore the SAGE Center free of charge and discover stories about the region’s fascinating history, sophisticated modern agriculture, diverse food-processing industries, cutting-edge energy projects, and far-reaching transportation options that connect Boardman to the world. There will be free kids’ craft activities from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. while supplies last.
The upcoming free admission dates are Jan. 12, Feb. 9, March 9, April 13 and May 11. The SAGE Center is located at 101 Olson Road. For more information, call 541-481-7243.
