Ruth Ann Kelly of Lancaster, Calif. (formerly of Eastern Oregon) passed away in Richland, Wash. on Sept. 28, 2021 at the age of 83.
Services, previously set for 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2021 at Burns Mortuary Chapel, have been postponed and will be rescheduled in 2022.
