Vernon L. “Vern” Russell died on Sept. 28, 2021 at his home in Boardman at the age of 95.
Services, previously set for Saturday, Oct. 9 at 1 p.m. at the Riverview Cemetery in Boardman, have been postponed until 2022 and will be announced.
