Services Set for Echo's Frances Fitzhugh

Frances A. “Fran” Fitzhugh, longtime Echo, Oregon resident, died on Feb. 25, 2015 in Pendleton at the age of 88.

She was born on April 9, 1926 in Willow Creek, Mont.
